It was my final night in Switzerland with my girlfriend and her family. I was walking back to the chalet as the sun was creeping low, and had one of her brothers by my side while we were comparing phone cameras. We both took a photo of what was in front of us that evening, and this was the result of what I saw. Lights flickering in every chalet along the mountain side, as the light from the sun diminishes into the night. This was a core memory, a moment I will never forget.
