SYNOPSIS
This project is a quick procedural form study using differential growth process to create vase forms. Each layer of the vase is one step in time of the differential growth algorithm, starting at the bottom and moving upwards. As points are added to the curve, the curve is forced to expand, causing it to ripple and buckle inwards and outwards as it grows to maintain a uniform distance between the points. The layers of the vase could easily be 3D printed to bring these vase forms to reality.
