VALEO - CES 2022
Designed for Valeo at the occasion of their presence at the CES 2022, this project is articulated around a gigantic and twisted inflatable ring : The Loop.
Located in front of the Las vegas Convention Center’s main door, the challenge
was to implement an empty space usually used as a restaurant car park.
The Loop has been the solution of two important needs:
Fisrt of all, as a pioneer of innovation, Valeo needed to be as memorable as possible in this CES. The bias has therefore been the designing of a sculptural scenographic gesture. This arty bias allowed Valeo first to attract from far by the sizing of this piece and then, to emphasize their innovations by the contrast of technology : the low-tech inflatable set up and the high-tech Droïds.
Secondly, the goal was to give to the visitor, the most immersive and playfull space as possible. To get through it, the loop has been a good solution to organize the playground. Only two parts were touching the floor around which I could simply displayed the 2 Robot demo tracks. In this way, the visitors was circulating in all the space passing under, betwin and on the side of the Loop.
