In 2008, a project law on arms control was entered in Chile that sought, among other things, to establish a national bank of ballistic fingerprints that would allow the traceability of the bullets available in the country, which proposed a real solution to the phenomenon. of stray bullets. For more than a decade, this bill witnessed cases that shocked the country and how more and more victims suffered from this terrible reality. To push the approval of this law and the creation of the national bank of ballistic fingerprints, we seek to create a campaign that raises awareness and makes visible what it means to be the victim of a stray bullet.
