We are responsible for all the structural design of the project and put into mass production. The difficulty is that when the bowstring is pulled, the circuit can sense the amplitude of the bowstring and transmit the information to the APP. The structure adopts photoelectric coding + turntable with grating grid to realize this function, and coil spring is used to realize the retraction and release of bowstring. In addition, light guiding is also difficult. It can be seen that the light-emitting position is a ring. Only two lamp beads are required to light the entire ring, and the light is uniform. The structure is realized by the light guide of texture and optical design.

       我们负责该项目全部结构设计,并投模量产。其中难点是需要在拉动弓弦的时候,电路中能够感应到拉动弓弦的幅度大小,并传出信息给 APP。结构上采用光电编码+带有光栅格的转盘实现此功能,并用卷簧实现弓弦的收放。另外导光也是难点,可以看到发光的位置是一个圆环,需要仅用两颗灯珠就把整圈圆环点亮,并且发光均匀,结构上通过纹理和光学设计的导光件实现。
