We were tasked with renovating the tired 2,480 sq. foot Kelly’s steakhouse, a beloved local icon, transforming it into a boutique steakhouse which the community would be proud to call their own. It was important to the client that we break away from the typical steakhouse aesthetic and take a more modern approach.
Every element in this project was designed with this aesthetic in mind. Through considerable collaboration with the client as well as the contractor we were able transform this space in an extremely tight time frame and meet their goals.
