This work aims to study the issue of social housing and promote the re-urbanization of Favela César Ravasco and Emboabas located in Santo Amaro, a region covered by the Água Espraiada Urban Operation, in São Paulo, Brazil.
In addition to the housing complex, the project includes the development of an urban project, promoting accessibility and free circulation for pedestrians to access different levels, insertion of small businesses, green areas and access to the new Monorail.
