The Latin American Leadership Academy (LALA) is a non-profit institution that seeks to promote sustainable economic development and strengthen democratic governance in Latin America by developing tens of thousands of entrepreneurial, principled, impact-focused leaders from all backgrounds, and building a continental community of these leaders.
The organization's branding is focused around the idea of a youthful future: young, energetic, and vibrant. The chosen colors are drawn from the Colombian flag, a symbol that represents a country that has profound connections to the organization and has deeply inspired LALA from day one. The complimentary visual universe plays with abstract shapes of stars, gleams, and light.
