I have been a Viva! Animal Charity volunteer since early 2018 and with the subject of animal welfare being very close to my heart, I am always delighted to work on new content for their social media pages. This time I had the pleasure of typesetting and creating illustrations for a short e-book centred around immunity boosting - a subject that became especially important in the light of the last couple of years. In the e-book you can find plant based recipes created to enhance the immune system as well as information on how to boost your health through diet and supplementation of micronutrients.
