NEW FORMAT

CITYZEN YA - a new format of hotel complexes for Ukraine, initiated by LEV Development and developed by AVG Group, adheres to the principle of Smart House System. Thanks to an innovative business paradigm, anyone can invest in hotel rooms or commercial areas to subsequently receive royalties from rentals.

FUNCTIONALITY

The full-cycle hotel is located in the very center of Yaremche, which offers magnificent views of the mountains and valleys. These panoramas are available from every room in the hotel. On the first two floors of CITYZEN YA, shopping galleries and public areas are designed. Here, there will be a coworking and conference area equipped with modern technology for presentations and performances. For relaxation, the hotel's SPA area is planned, including a small pool, a wellness center and a sauna. These spaces will be available not only for the residents of the hotel, but also for the townspeople and tourists.

There is a restaurant on the roof of CITYZEN YA, which can be accessed by a panoramic elevator. Between the third and ninth floors, 250 hotel rooms of three types will be located to provide a wide choice for potential investors.
