In order to innovate the real estate market, “Bairrio” was born. A Brand communication project based on a digital platform whose objective is to promote the lease of a set of assets promoting its location and lifestyle of the surrounding area.
A “lease to call home” was the result of the process and development of naming, branding, identity and design system for a new concept and digital tool dedicated to renting in emblematic neighborhoods of the great metropolitan area of Lisbon.
Our creative solution was to highlight the young and cool spirit of Lisbon’s neighborhoods, from a fresh and appealing communication with trendy graphic elements, targeting a young target, with purchasing power that are interested in living in the city. More than in the city. For that, we’ve created a digital platform where the properties are exposed in an intuitive and accessible way. The perfect answer to the needs of the client and of future tenants.
