This is a pen designed for chinese young people. The purpose is to hope that they can love to write Chinese characters with hands. Therefore, we combined Chinese classical culture and modern art design techniques to design a modern pen with Chinese classical beauty.
We hope to design a fountain pen with oriental aesthetics, so that young people in China like it, and can save costs better and make fountain pens with the simplest craftsmanship. However, in the production of fountain pens, the production process of the pen holder is usually very complicated, and the processing is very difficult. We hope that the designed pen is easy to process, so we combine the shape of the pen holder with the Chinese knot. The clip is made of iron wire. We make pen holders for fountain pens just like making Chinese knots. Wrap the iron wire in a circle, clamp the pen at one end, and clamp the LOGO nameplate at the other end, like a Chinese knot, so that the pen holder does not need to be moulded, the processing is simple and the cost is lower.
We found that the production of Chinese knot is very simple. It forms a beautiful pattern through the winding of lines, and the strength is very high. Therefore, when designing this pen holder, we used the Chinese knot production process for reference, and used iron wire to imitate the material of the Chinese knot, and increased the structural strength by winding it. The iron wire loops around in the space and clamps the pen body of the pen, so that the iron wire becomes the pen holder of the pen. This kind of craft is very simple, but the visual effect is very good, and the cost is very low, which is the wisdom of Eastern traditional culture.
This kind of structure technology of Chinese knot does not need to open the mold and the cost is lower. The shape surrounded by iron wire is very elegant, and the design of the pen body is very simple, so that the design of the whole pen reflects the oriental wisdom.
Using the structural technology of Chinese knots, the pens we designed are not only simple in structure and lower in cost, but also reflect the wisdom of Eastern aesthetics, allowing young people to appreciate the beauty of Eastern culture and to love Eastern traditional culture more. When we hold such a pen, we will write Chinese characters with our hands and record our lives with our hands instead of computers or mobile phones.
