Introducing The Addison, one of the three communities of the Melrose Collection, located in the ever exciting West Hollywood, Los Angeles. The townhomes are a combination of multilevel apartments and unique interior styles, and that gave us a opportunity to showcase them in various ways. Each individual style is showcased in different time of the day through the animation, and when it comes to stills all the units have the same look.

Modern Townhome

First design package of The Addison, get its name from the sleek and neutral materials and color palette. Use of chrome, and combination or shiny and matte finishes led us to showcase this unit in a evening atmosphere where the interior lighting stands out, and highlights each of the spaces.

Urban Townhome

Cozyness, uniqueness and warmth were the elements of the Urban package we were looking at when coming up with the mood for the video showcase. Early morning sun spilling through the interior spaces seemed very fitting for this ground floor unit.

Nordic Townhome

Inspired by the tones and style of Scandinavian design, Nordic package feels like the brightest option out of the 3. This is why we decided to play into that and simply let the hues of natural wood and fabrics speak for themselves, hence we went with overcast time of the day.
