How ageing changes the relationship between mother and daughter is represented through an imaginative world where the mother resembles the river and the daughter grows and learns by experiencing the world around her. The world also takes through the life of the mother fish and her eggs with a synonymous relationship to mother and daughter. All these memories are collected by the white crow who binds the whole world around.
