Les Chis is Yora Vandenhaute's passion project. She didn't like the existing range of travel bags for small dogs - like her Chihuahua Dobby - so she decided to design a stylish travel bag herself that is not only beautiful, but also meets all the requirements for small dogs. Thus was born Les Chis.
Her mission? To offer stylish accessories with an exclusive character for both dog and owner.

A luxurious signature look
The high-end character of the bags is emphasized by the stylized logo. The refined crown - or snout - on the "C" gives the logo a playful touch that suits the nature of the product line. The baseline “Smart luxury for small dogs” encompasses the entire brand and makes it possible to further expand the range of Les Chis in the future.
The use of timeless beige and gold foil in combination with the crown pattern that is reflected on the classic corporate identity carriers as well as on the wrapping paper, labels and personal thank you cards emphasizes the exclusivity of the brand.

The extensive website in various languages including blog content and integrated webshop has it all for a smooth online purchase. On top of that, MOQO is responsible for the management of the various social media channels in order to reach the international target audience as much as possible. Hence the logical choice to focus more on social and Google advertising to inspire potential customers from across the Belgian border as well.
What's next?
The communication plan for Les Chis is being carried out as we speak. We keep our finger on the pulse: together with the customer, we closely monitor both online and offline sales and proactively adjust our plan of approach where necessary.
