The Room Live branding and editorial plan

"The Room Live" was an editorial project born amidst the first lockdown of the italian pandemic. A series of fascinating crowdsourced online events, with daily recurrence, and literally hundreds of events. 


We curated the whole branding of the channel, coordinated with the editors, and created a graphic system to promote and inform their audience about their extended offer off events.​​​​​​​
Challenge:

The main challenge to solve was to create with very few content, a cohesive and recognizable editorial plan

Their main goal was to create sponsored content on a daily basis, to inform their audience about their daily offer. But the whole process was managed on lockdown. There was no library of assets to work with, no videos available, only photos, and a need of an ingent amount of posts. 


The solution:

We developed thematic templates connected to an array of information, in order to let the editors make content-based decisions, without the hassle of composing or curating the artistic side of posts.
The editor just needed to choose the image and text for the key visuals, and the rest was taken care by us. Several versions of different posts were created for them to publish.

All the text fields, colors and images were customizable by the editors remotely.
Video posts

We also developed customizable video posts to work with introductions to hosts and guests of different events, always customizable, and lightning fast to create.  ​​​​​​​

Here's an example of a Story format.
The system was extensively used on sponsored ads, giving enormous exposure to the booking events. 
It proven useful to jump start platforms. There were more than one daily event for several months, so it took a burden out of the sponsored editorial planners.
