Repeated Absences

This is an attempt to materialize the presence of humans through their absence in spaces as intimate as homes and to bring forth a loss of sense of self against angsty architecture or spaces that look dystopian. It is an attempt to accentuate the loss of totality of an identity against the backdrop of a complex, erratic and fragmented modern society. Contrary to this, the empty spaces might help us in visualizing the absence of humans or their alienation in their own personal and intimate sanctuaries. How things that are present in those spaces are representative of people and are an identity in and of themselves.
