The story of how we got Cuore magazine to remove its "AARGs" for good.

The problem was obvious. We were tired of seeing how the media promoted the ridiculization of the female body, the envy and criticism among women and how nobody did anything to stop it.
That cover was the trigger for us to decide to act and make a statement of intent.
We created a manifesto that called for sisterhood and respect for double chins, stretch marks and bellies (that which every human being has). To spread it, we opened a profile on Instagram with which we started the #itsmypapada movement, where we invited all women who were also sick of this kind of behavior in the media to join us.
And we had a blast. During the first three days we received more than 400 photos of double chins from all cities in Spain and even from other countries.

Months later, Cuore magazine eliminated its AARG and other corrosive labels forever.
