That you need a story to make a book is clear. And Berlins legendary Techno Club Tresor has lots of them to tell within its 20 years of existance, if only you could find and read them somewhere.
To find a publisher for that project who´s willing to invest into a 1000 pages big lookbook is another thing and less realistic.
It´s the fortune of a Club, that held up the flag for underground-culture and the establishing of electronic the music movement in Berlin which led myself - as I´m in charge of the artdirection for the club - to the logical consequences to enlarge the online-offers with a regular magazin.
After a first pilot in July 2010 and getting a red-line-concept threw an archive of more than 25.000 pictures it was in December 2010 when i joined forces together with Vincenzo Fagnani, another graphic-designer, excellen illustrator and good friend from Berlin. With christmas we started an ongoing series of a monthly magazin focusing on interviews with creators, producers and experts in combination with lots of illustrations and photoseries. The magazine has reached an incredible amount of readers within a quiet short period of time and +45.000 readers within 5 issues is worth to take a breath and let you know about the project.

All mags are bi-lingual in English/ German, only the special edition Nr.002 is English/ Chinese due to the China-Special.
