waterfront through its minimal, functional design

the solution: the terminal utilizes an elevator system to address the changing
water level of the river. it is intended to produce a system of variation within a
regular structural arrangement, seen through the transparencies of the glass paired
with the oblique interior skin that regulates sunlight and temperature. the aesthetic

produced is simple, yet complex in its intentions.
