Do you like squirrels?

In 2015 and 2016, I took my best photos of squirrels. Here, my best and favorite shots of these adorable little rodents.
On August 18, 2015, I was sitting on a bench at St. Joseph's Oratory. In front of me, this little squirrel was looking for food on the ground. I said to him in French: "If you come to me, I'll take your photo and upload it in my Your Shot photo gallery."

I really did say that! Or, an almost identical sentence with the same meaning. I think the squirrel understood that I wanted to see him up close and maybe also, it was the first time that a person spoke to him. The squirrel didn't come right away, but he came to the bench. It was fantastic! Then he climbed on top of the bench. He looked at me for a few seconds and then he left. I had taken 23 pictures in less than two minutes. Here are the five best ones of this beautiful moment with this little squirrel.

And, I had uploaded a shot of him in my Your Shot gallery from National Geographic.
When I look these photos, I find it sad that his tail is broken. This squirrel is a good animal and I hope he is still alive.

I don't feed squirrels, it's forbidden in Montreal. But some people do and it's a good opportunity for me to take some shots.
I took this picture while walking on Mont-Royal on July 25, 2015 at 11:56 am.

"In Montréal, feeding wild animals is strictly prohibited so that they don’t become accustomed to humans and lose their independence. Some animals can bite, transmit diseases such as rabies, or cause a nuisance."

I was walking with a friend at the Ecomuseum Zoo. Suddenly, a strange noise attracted our attention. We looked up into the trees to find the noise. Then we saw the responsible.
Here are the four best photos I took of this squirrel perched on a branch eating a nut.
