Struggling
This work comes from samadhi series that I created.
The term sānmèi is a Buddhist term derived from the transliteration of the Sanskrit term Samadhi, which means to stop distracting thoughts and calm the mind. It is a mysterious power that can bring the meditator to a higher realm and completely change the state of life.
I name this set of works Samadhi. For me, it is a release of emotions and a pursuit of a state of existence. It comes from my own experience and feelings. Some individuals have been pursuing the true meaning of life throughout their lives. There will be confusion and struggle, but they will not stop searching or thinking. Although loneliness may emerge, they will eventually reach Nirvana and meet the true self in serendipities. I love such active and vigorous vitality.
I tried to express a certain period of life through this picture -- I could not control my own operation, felt crowded and broken, and was exhausted.
这幅作品来源于我创作的《三昧》系列。
“三昧”是佛教用语，来源于梵语samadhi的音译，意思是止息杂念，使心神平静，是可以使禅定者进入更高境界并完全改变生命状态的神秘力量。
这套作品对于我来说，是一种情绪的释放，也是一种生存状态的追求，它源于我自身的经历与感受。有些个体终生都在追求生命的真谛，会迷茫、会挣扎，但不会停止寻找、不会停止思索，虽时与孤寂同行，但终会在因缘际会中涅槃，与真我相遇。我热爱这样积极蓬勃的生命力。
我尝试通过这幅图去表达某段时期的生活状态——我无法控制自己的运转，觉得世界拥挤破碎，疲惫不堪。
