CGI - LISBON
Project Overview: Undertaking the challenge of visualizing a house under construction in Ajuda, Lisbon, I worked independently to bring the client's vision to life. With a focus on Scandinavian interior design, the goal was to create compelling visuals that would entice potential buyers while the construction was still ongoing. Located on Rua do Cruzeiro, this project demanded meticulous attention to detail to capture the essence of the space and evoke the desired mood.
My Contributions: As the sole 3D artist and render artist for this project, I was responsible for every aspect of the visualization process. Working closely with the clients and utilizing the plans provided by the architect, I transformed their ideas into stunning visuals. Leveraging software such as 3Ds Max and Corona Renderer, I meticulously crafted every aspect of the interior design, from furniture placement to lighting, to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, I utilized Photoshop to enhance the final images, ensuring they accurately represented the intended mood and aesthetic.
Challenges Overcome: Visualizing a house that was still under construction presented its own set of challenges. With limited reference materials and the need to accurately portray spaces that were yet to be completed, I had to rely on my creativity and imagination to fill in the gaps. Furthermore, capturing the Scandinavian design aesthetic required careful consideration of elements such as minimalism, natural light, and clean lines, all of which were seamlessly integrated into the final visuals.
Outcome and Impact: The visualizations produced for this project played a crucial role in marketing the house in Ajuda, Lisbon, during the construction phase. By providing potential buyers with a glimpse of the finished product, complete with Scandinavian-inspired interiors bathed in the warm glow of afternoon light, the visuals helped generate interest and drive sales. Moreover, the success of this project further solidified my reputation as a skilled CGI artist capable of delivering compelling visualizations that exceed client expectations.
