For my Graphic Design 2 class, we had to create a new advertisement and promotional system for a non-profit organization of our choosing. I chose to design for Mercy Ships, a non-profit organization that started a hospital ship that serves the coast of Africa through surgeries and medical treatments. I created a system around the headline "Hope Runs Deep," implying that medical treatment goes beyond the surface of meeting people's physical needs, and helps heal them emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually.
