In 2016, I working on a project with the AIDS Services Coalition in Hattiesburg, MS. That year marked the 35th anniversary of the first HIV diagnosis in the United States. I met with an ASC board member and couple of residents in their Haven House, a resource through the ASC that provides resources and support services for homeless men living with HIV/AIDS.
