Located in Sai Gon, Vietnam, New City with the Dragon Gate of Prosperity design not only brings a green living space full of good fortune, but also distributes love and success for the home as well. The client came to us with a previous version that they dislike and would like us to propose a new concept. Because the owner is Chinese, we decided to use an 8-word poem with the concept of prosperity. In Vietnamese, 8 means "Phát," which sounds the same as prosperity. Furthermore, we create a greenish airy graphic that passes through the building, spreading fresh and wealthy air, based on the signature architecture and the logo.
