The main condition for the work on "Platform Cottages" was the preservation of the natural landscape. The use of piles and platforms made it possible to place houses on a slope without changing the relief. The glazing and the dark color of the facade disguised the cottages, blending harmoniously with the surrounding nature. Curtain walls rotation acted as the main tool for creating the plastics of the buildings composition.
