SPRINTS was a showcase of digital illustrations, graphic design, lettering art and typography by 6 artists curated by TEDxNapierBridge, in collaboration with Fine Acts and CountdownbyTED as part of their #ArtistsForClimate initiative. It was kicked off on 30+31 Oct 2021 with a creative bootcamp where the artists had 48 hours to develop and produce an artwork on Climate awareness.

The artworks were showcased in a popup exhibition held in Chennai. They were unveiled and then published on TheGreats.co under an open license for activists, non-profits and educators globally for future campaign work.

The Artwork
2030 : Hope+Caution

To address climate change, countries adopted the Paris Agreement to limit global temperature rise to well below 2 degrees Celsius by the next decade, failing which the effects become irreversible and highly expensive.

The poster subverts the same through a complex ecosystem growing out of a car, and an imposing placard which says, hope+caution, maintaining a balance.
