"The space between people working together is filled with conflict, friction, strife, exhilaration, delight, and vast creative potential."  Mau, Incomplete Manifesto for Growth
SHARE. Good designers never design alone. Work in a space with other humans, be it at desks or online, and talk to one another. Value communication at every stage in the process, especially at the beginning. Don't only promote your finished work; have the courage to publicize your progress too.
RESPOND. Do not only seek feedback, offer feedback. Your experience and knowledge makes your opinion just as important to others as their opinion is to you. Establish your voice as one that matters.
DRINK. Drink socially, that is. Foster communication outside studio walls. Schedule a weekly happy hour or make a Facebook group for sharing found links. Time in studio is better spent when your coworkers are also your friends.
The kit comes in a variety of colors so that every member of a collaborative group can have their own color identity. Plus, post-it notes won't need signatures and coasters will never be confused.

Collaboration Kit

In response to my personal design manifesto, this kit encourages collaboration. The text of the manifesto is found within the kit itself.
