Nisi's Craft Bakery makes artisan-quality breads for restaurants, supermarkets and craft breweries up and down the West Coast. Nisi’s uses recycled super-grains and 100 year old starter that not only makes the baked goods extremely flavorful and high in dietary fiber but also makes them an environmentally responsible bakery.
