The Great Shoecase

Here is my entry for the Adobe's #thegreatshoecase contest.
The Sneaker model was provided by Adobe and the task was to texture and present the shoe in a neat way utilizing Adobe's Substance Painter and 3d Stager.
I tried to incorporate some new techniques like the stitches and some ways to generate interesting height details without baking it from a highres model.
For the background set I modeled some random moonlike landscape with Blender and Zbrush and a landing gear which I textured in Painter and imported in Stager.
After adding some lights in the scene, I rendered the final image and made some final touches in Photoshop.
With the help of some additional maps like depth of field, material maps and objects maps,
the photoshop work is really straightforward.
