Concept Ideation / Development / Print & Production / Branding & Identity / Editorial Design
The Itinerant Museum (Museu Itinerante in Portuguese) is a project which consists in an itinerant exhibition of art piece’s reproductions, complemented with workshops for teachers and students in regions with limited access to culture. Every edition features a different subject, and this year the theme is Art/Water: Essential for Life. The graphic identity created for the exhibition is a straightforward concept designed to the specific public of the project, and it translates in a very comprehensive key visual the relation between the two words (Arte/Água in Portuguese) and worlds: how the importance of water as one of the greatest natural resources is reflected in the art production over the years and how a universal and yet deep subject it can be. The event includes the distribution of educational brochures for students and teachers with content about the art pieces, the artists and classroom activity suggestions related to the theme.

Between two Worlds
Text and graphics work together here to create a simple and comprehensive message, with the intention to impact the target public and make them to feel like they can belong to an art gallery and exhibition.
Short & Sweet
Because the primary means of this project is educational, the elements that form the identity were given more editorial quality, but still keeping with simplicity. This gave room for the easy and round-the-clock development of a series of printed and editorial materials for an iterative calendar with dozens of editions of the exhibition.
Art & More
The Book of Studies and the Teaching Book are educational brochures for students and teachers with content about the art pieces and the artists featured in the exhibition and classroom activities suggestions.
