P R O J E C T D E S C R I P T I O N.
The team decided to create an illustration book known as “Dear Diary”.
The concept and idea of this silent ebook is to spread awareness on
dysfunctional family cases through the story of children that suffer
from the key issue of mental abuse by their parents.
The team wishes to raise public awareness in regard to the issue in
order to encourage victims and community by large to adopt
self-awareness, as well as being alert and aware of dysfunctional
family issues whereby to initiate action in reach for aid.
In this ebook, the team uses first-person visual forms to describe
the stories and experiences of questions faced by victims growing
up within a dysfunctional family.
In addition, it uses visual metaphor to portray existing issues faced by dysfunctional issues.
Thus, the team's silent ebook would act to interact with readers which
inspire the community to think deeply and understand the
messages behind the illustrations.
