Oh wow, I have already done a lot of illustrations for HausArzt-Patienten-Magazin. It is always a great pleasure and I'm already looking forward to the next issue. Here are some of my favorite Illus.
After the sketches are approved, I usually start with paper, brush and acrylic paint. This is my favorite part of the job. I can let go while working, listen to music or podcasts and dive deep into the illustration process. Most of the time I forget about time and everything else that's going on around me. When the painting is finished, I scan it and usually make only minor changes in Photoshop, such as color corrections or contrast adjustments (...sometimes more!).
