We create the experience of vaccination against covid-19 in NUEVA EPS according to the regulations of the ministry of health
1. we develop the flows with all the actors and possible paths
2. We inform our affiliates through our channels, how the vaccination stages would be
3. We created a space of myths and truths to keep calm and deny false news that circulated in the country, all attended to by health professionals with great knowledge
4.We created a prototype throughout the country to visualize the step by step of the people who were going to be vaccinated, the times and possible problems or proposals for improvement for when the vaccination day arrived.
5. We created campaigns at the national level to reach the 8 and a half million affiliates with the indications of the vaccination
6. We created a button on the main page so that affiliates could consult their vaccination point
