The main purpose of creating abstract forms through letter pairing is to further understand type manipulation and to be able to create visual experiences by just using an upper and lower case of a letter. As I create multiple iterations of different letter pairs such as Qq, Tt, and Gg, I chose the letter pairs of Nn for my focus because of it's strong bold combination. 

The sharpness on the edges of the letter N emphasizes a minimal shape throughout the letter pair. The sharpness of the tip of the n also adds to the minimalist shape that goes throughout along the letter pair. The line that connects the two letters that is on the tip of both letters creates a connection to the pair and creates a balance in the cohesiveness of how the two letters work with each other. This connection creates a smooth visual experience when viewing it due to how the two connections seamlessly creates a linear shape in the middle of the letter pair.
