BELRON PEOPLE MEASURE BRANDING




BPM (Belron People Measure) is a pulse survey run by Belron internally every month.
It goes to 25% of their people each month (so everyone completes it once every 4 months). It asks people how work was for them last month (score 1 to 10), what was good about it and what could have been better. I then pull together a report every month with the latest results. The result is a continued feedback from employees to Belron improving the work experience significantly.
