One Hundred Years (And Then Some!) Of Women Running for Office in Ohio is a book that I designed the cover and layout for. The book focuses on the history of women running for office in Ohio. A patriotic aesthetic is utilized on the book cover to show the significant role that women have on our states’ and country’s history. The color involves the use of blues, reds, and whites to represent the Ohio flag. The book cover and layouts shown feature the impacts that women have made in office in Ohio and more, throughout the 40-page book. The text in the book was formatted using a baseline grid and columns.
