Coworking office

Mycowork - is a coworking space that occupies one floor in the building of the WARSAW SPIRE skyscraper, some of which are offices of the board and owner - the company Immofinanz. The interior design of Mycowork was based on a detailed myhive brand bookbook dedicated to buildings and offices located in Europe owned by Immofinanz.

The designed interior should be timeless and encourage creative work.

An important advantage of the interior is the location of office space on the 38th floor of WARSAW SPIRE, located in the business center of Warsaw, at Sq. European.

Staying in such spaces allows you to work with a panoramic view of Warsaw. Thanks to this, we can feel the rhythm of the city, the development of the Polish capital, which can be compared with the development of our own company and our own projects.

The introduction of biophilic design with the use of lush greenery creates a cozy and healthy atmosphere and association with the house and nature. Architects and investors have paid great importance to nature and ecology, as evidenced by wall coverings made of natural materials. Unique acoustic panels made of natural cork, which are produced without harming the environment, are recyclable and biodegradable.

The use of energy-saving light sources was also an ecological solution. Light sources, color and directions of light were carefully selected at the design stage and analyzed from the point of view of operation. Intelligent lighting control and appropriate zoning have contributed to better energy efficiency of the building.

The design was developed individually, as it was created and implemented for the first time on the Polish market under the myhive brand for office premises.
