My new full suspension Cruiser e-bike 250-1000W concept

My new full suspension Cruiser e-bike concept with 1000W Hub Motor is designed based on a non-welded, made of 6061 and 7075 aircraft aluminum alloy frame, equipped with a high capacity 24.5Ah battery and a belt drive. Other features are outlined in the text. I kindly ask you to express your opinion and even critique.

The 1000W drive is primarily installed on this model for load testing of the frame. The frame design allows you to install on a bike both mid-drive system or rear hub drive with a power of 250, 500, 750W, and a battery with a capacity of 14, 17.5, 21 or 24.5Ah.

The frame weighs about 3.5 kg and is made without welding using 6061 and 7075 aluminum alloy elements, which are interconnected using Hybrid glue-rivet technology. The frame elements are made of square profiles with rounding at the corners with a radius of 3-5 mm.

The rear hub drive will work in conjunction with the belt transmission, but for lower drive powers, the 8-speed chain transmission system can be installed, which will allow you to move both on country roads and easily overcome the slopes on the way.

The front suspension of my Cruiser e-bike concept is based on a shock absorbing fork with 100mm travel, while the rear suspension uses a light composite leaf spring with about 80mm travel, as well as a comfortable seat with spring elements.

Preliminary calculations show that my bike, with the wheel diameter of 27.5 inches and the 2.7 inches’ width tires, and the 1000W drive and the 24.5Ah battery made from 3500mAh capacity 18650 cells, will weigh within 30 kg.
