this is an identity for a contemporary worship service held at a traditional church. they wanted something that set them apart without separating them from the entire church. the name came from the actual name of the space where the service would be held. the idea was to make it simple and familiar enough to burn an image in the minds of those interested, hence the "copyright" look. collateral was then designed once identity was approved.
