During this course, we are helping a bicycle dealer to improve business processes using No Code tools. The dealer is specialised in e-bikes and serves customers in both physical and through online shop.

The owner has two new employees who although have a lot of questions, therefore we are asked to create an app for the salespeople that can show up to date product prices, specifications and product images. The application has to be built through Glideapp.com from a structured dataset in Google Sheets.

Several requirements were specifically given in order to create the app.

Overall, creating an app with all the relevant information for this purpose seems to (and supposed to) solve the issue. At the main page salesman are able to locate and find the most relevant information, the Bike's name, the Category and the Price. In case they are in need of deeper knowledge, they just have to tap on the desired bike and the information will be stated there. There is also an option in case if they are searching for a specific category of eBikes, on the second page it is possible. On the other hand, most bike dealerships are renewing and continuously upgrading their storage, therefore if/when a new brand/bike arrives, they have the opportunity to add it manually to the application.
