This is an old Viennese corner apartment building, which is located on the beautiful Clemens-Hofbauer-Platz between the Vienna Woods and the Gürtel, between nature and urban flair...
The location is actually unique – on the one hand, the old city, and on the other hand, the villas, and community buildings in quiet green areas, sometimes also vineyards.
The project also includes the building of the building's mezzanine floor with panoramic windows. The oversized terrace encourages the occupants of the house to step outside and enjoy the breathtaking views of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
