This case was about creating a bot to gather some data from customers visiting the website, and optimize time by having the bot answer questions either about the product or the shop. 
The bot is designed to have a friendly and non-formal tone, based on the persona created. The conversation has no dead ends and the customer is allowed to also contact the shop (info is given). 

The data gathered is stored in a google sheets so the manager and employees can have access.

In addition, I also created a simple survey that also gathers data from e-bike users and stores it on another google sheets. This data can be used for the company to know which products are most popular, how does the customer uses its product, if any problems happened to it, satisfaction rate and etc. This information can be used for a variety of things, e.g. giving personalized assistance, insights that can be useful for logistics, and etc.
