In the early stage of the project, Kurz Kurz Design carried out intensive field research and visited 23 jobs in 12 different industries, including high temperature, outdoor, outdoor high noise, dusty and other working environments, and extracted four core insights, which are the essential considerations of industrial earphones: three-proof, dirt-resistant, firm and easy to operate. Then, we conducted matching analysis on headwear equipment, including the wearing situation and usage ratio of helmet, safety glasses, masks and masks. We dissected the existing product and did a usability test in a 100dB noise environment. Different wearing ways and combinations of sound units were used to screen out qualified possibilities and combine them into rudiment. At the same time, we conducted a series of research and exploration on the management mode of industrial earphones. The basic product layout is obtained by product compatibility & rationality screening.
Through the slight vibration of the temporal bone, the sound bypassing the eardrum, directly into the ear, giving the user an open listening experience and keeping alert to the surrounding environment.
OPENCOMM adaptor uses NFC near field communication technology to provide close bidirectional contact and identification of adaptive walkie-talkies. Skip the steps of touching bluetooth connection and waiting for Bluetooth pairing, thus accelerating bluetooth connection and creating a more convenient user experience.
