Winter Light Collection

This collection was completed for the Work in Progress Show at the Royal College of Art Textiles Print Masters Program. The inspiration for the prints come from originaly sourced nature photography, and sketches of animals from the Natural History museum in London. The palate originates from Scandinavian textile wovens I researched. The collection uses digital printing, silk-screen, hand dyed fabrics, and laser cuting
and wood etching.
Silk-screen on hand dyed silk/cotton jersey.
Digital Print on Silk. Silouettes taken from the National History Museum in London. Experimentation of print within print.
Digital Prints on silk, imagery taken from original nature photography.
The entire work in progress collection idea. Digital Printing on silk and silk screen on Silk Cotton Jersey.

Close up of laser cutting detail, painted cardboard, wood, and wood etching.
This is a shot of the collection displayed in the Work In Progress Show at the Royal College of Art 2012.
