There were three requirements that the client wanted for the invitations. Use red, white and blue for the colors and show an image of a Minute Man, which is the mascot for Memorial High School in San Antonio. From there I based my design off of the old war posters that were used in the time of the Minute Man. I took the idea of the “Call to Arms” posters and thought it would be a nice merriment like a “Call to old Classmates.” Using the simplified color pallet fit well into my design, using red as the primary call out for information and blue as secondary.
