high school artwork

the following are artworks i made in high school. they mostly consist of me experimenting and searching for my sensibility/methodology. themes i exhibit(ed) in much of my work include those of identity, childhood, and my own physicality.
these are places i often gravitated to in the place i grew up. the sticky note, what started as a mistake, turned into some sort of symbol of impermanence. (india ink, micron, & sticky notes)
this was a very quick series of drawings i made while struggling with my gender identity and self-expression. (acrylic, micron, & india ink)
most of my work now and then consists of a lot of self portraits. is that self-absorbed? (digital)
this (fairly large) painting is best experienced through touch, as i made it as textural as possible with acrylic medium.
this photography booklet was one of my most fun projects. i spent the day with my friend and documented him, later editing and arranging the photoshoot alongside studio ghibli characters. it was meant to be a showcasing of our beautiful and fleeting youth. (photography & adobe software)
