NOUSAKU, prestigieuse maison de fonderie japonaise, s’associe à Sylvie Amar Studio, pour lancer sur le marché européen quatre nouveaux services haut de gamme exclusifs en étain pur. L’emploi de ce métal vivant et précieux est une première mondial et un défi. Une première car jusqu’à présent l’étain restait cantonné à la sphère domestique. Un défi pour notre studio, où nous avons su adapter les particularités du métal aux usages et aux contraintes des professionnels du monde de la gastronomie.

NOUSAKU, prestigious japanese foundry house, goes into partnership with Sylvie Amar Studio, to launch on the european market 4 exclusives high range pure tin sets of dishes. The use of this lively and precious metal is a world premiere and a challenge. A premiere, because until now, tin was confined to domestic sphere. A challenge for our studio, for which we could adapt the metal's specifics to professional use and constraints of gastrnomy's world.
