Peacock

Peacock. According to Greek Mythology, Hera created the Peacock from the hundred-eyed giant Argus, killed by Hermes at Zeus command. As last tribute for his loyalty the goddess placed his eyes on the feathers of the bird’s tail.

After drawing the raw structure of the peacock, I modelled the main shapes of the bird. Then I gradually added details that make up its plumage.
